The North Coast Carpet Care Spot and Spill Program was developed with the intention of maintaining the cleanliness and longevity of new carpet purchases that are made through one of our partnering retailers. This program covers any accidental spills or spots that occur within the first year of having the new carpets installed. Additionally if the carpets are steam cleaned using our services within the first year of installation the program will continue for an additional year. This program was created with one person in mind, the customer! We want to ensure that the newly installed carpets are well taken care of because we know that they are a huge investment for any homeowner. These huge investments should be protected to ensure the longevity and cleanliness of the carpets.  In order to be part of the North Coast Carpet Care Spot and Spill Program the new carpets must be purchased and installed by one of our partnering retailers (see list below). After the carpets have been installed the retailer where they were purchased from will send us the information of the new customer in order for us to provide them a valid certificate of the program. In addition North Coast Carpet Care will send out reminders to these customers in order for them to get a full service cleaning (full cleaning fee applies) before the first year in order to remain in the program. At the time of purchase the customer will also receive a complimentary spot remover that will remove up to 95% of all common stains and mishaps. In the event of a spot or spill the customer would call North Coast Carpet Care to set up an appointment for a technician to go out to their home and spot clean the affected areas at no cost to the customer. However this program does not include full service cleanings, damage caused by pet urine, vomit or other bodily fluids and is not designed to cover general soiling issues, trafficked areas or carpet that has been damaged by water.
